By browsing the website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These are the terms in which we sell the good to you, if you do not agree to any part of the terms and conditions, refrain from making any purchase. The terms and conditions are legally enforceable.

 

We will do our best to ensure your experience on our website will be smooth with minimum interruption. However we reserve the right to limit access during essential repairs, changes, updates and general maintenance of our website. We cannot take responsibility where access is limited due to reasons outside of our control.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the return of all purchases within 7 days of receipt. A full refund will be offered to all returned good, excluding the original postage costs (unless the item is faulty) simply rerun the purchased item within 7 days for a full refund. We are confident you would not want to return this product, but just in case the satisfaction guarantee is in place for peace of mind. We do not like unhappy customers therefore we will refund all money excluding the postage on any of these purchases. If the issue is as a result of our actions, you will be given a Full No Quibble Refund.

Accepted Payment

We accept Paypal only.

Due to an increase in fraudulent buyers we prefer payment by verified Paypal accounts with a confirmed address. When an address is unconfirmed further checks need to be made which may result in delay to delivery and in some cases we may need to return payment and ask you to verify your account.

Shipping

All items are in stock will be dispatched to you within 1 working or your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day. Items will Only be post to UK and countries in given list at check out.

1st Class Delivery Normally 1-3 working days.
2nd Class Delivery Normally 2-7 working days.
MyHermes Delivery Normally 3-5 working day.

Items can be sent as next day special delivery for UK only if required by customer.
Customer has to pay extra for special delivery.

Shipping Address

Without exception we can only ship your purchases to the address you supplied through PayPal/Billing address at the time you made payment to us. This is a necessary security measure. Please do NOT ask us to post to any other address. If you need to change your address – then either change it in PayPal first as we will only ship to your PayPal address.

We reserve the right not to ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address for high value items. You will be informed of this in good time if it becomes necessary.

Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of the date you receipt in all circumstances.
Please include a payment receipt or order confirmation print out with returned item.
P&P costs are non-refundable and the cost of returning any item to us is payable by the buyer (Unless item is returned due to our fault or item is Faulty/Damaged).
Items returned must be in original packaging, with all accessories and in ‘Un-Used’ condition.
All returned items are subject to be inspected by our team, if no defect is found and item is ‘Un-Used’. No refunds will be issued until the item has been inspected and any defect, fault or damage established.
We Can only refund or replace items we actually receive. All returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
We Will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 10 days from date of dispatch. Please contact us if you time is lost after 14 day period for items send via standard delivery, for recorded deliveries this will be 18 days. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.
